Accessing cPanel
You can access cPanel in several ways:
- Direct URL - Go to https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
- Secure Port - Go to https://yourdomain.com:2083
- From Client Portal - Log in at billing.dixienetworks.com, go to My Services, and click the cPanel link
Login Details:
- Username: Provided in your welcome email
- Password: The password you set during account creation (or reset via client portal)
If you forgot your cPanel password, you can reset it from the client portal or contact support.
Note: Always use the secure HTTPS connection (port 2083) to protect your login credentials.
