Setting Up Email in Outlook

Outlook 2019/365:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to File > Add Account
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Select IMAP or let Outlook auto-configure
  5. If manual setup needed, enter:
    • Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL/TLS
    • Username: your full email address
    • Password: your email password
  6. Click Connect or Done

Using cPanel auto-configure:

  1. Log in to cPanel
  2. Go to Email > Email Accounts
  3. Click Configure Mail Client next to your account
  4. Download and run the Outlook auto-configuration script
