How to configure email on your phone (iOS/Android)

Setting Up Email on Your Phone

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
  2. Select Other (not iCloud, Google, etc.)
  3. Tap Add Mail Account
  4. Enter your name, email, password, and description
  5. Choose IMAP and enter:
    • Incoming Host: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Incoming Port: 993 (SSL)
    • Outgoing Host: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Outgoing Port: 465 (SSL)
    • Username: your full email address
  6. Tap Next and then Save

Android:

  1. Open your email app
  2. Add a new account, select Personal (IMAP/POP3)
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. For manual setup:
    • IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL
    • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL
  5. Complete setup
