How to check domain expiration and renewal status

Checking Domain Expiration

To check when your domain expires:

1. Log in to billing.dixienetworks.com
2. Go to My Domains
3. You will see a list of your domains with expiration dates

You can also check via WHOIS:

1. Use the WHOIS lookup tool in the client portal Tools section
2. Enter your domain name
3. Check the "Registry Expiry Date" field

Auto-Renewal: Domains with active subscriptions renew automatically. Ensure your payment method is current to avoid interruption.

Expiration Timeline:

• 30 days before: First renewal notice email
• 7 days before: Final notice email
• On expiration: Domain stops resolving
• 30 days after: Domain enters redemption period (higher recovery fee)
• 60 days after: Domain may be released for public registration

Do not let your domain expire. Renew at least 7 days before the expiration date.
