Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on new hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 3 days of your hosting purchase, contact support for a full refund.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Hosting fees after the 3-day guarantee period are non-refundable
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable (domains cannot be unregistered)
- Website design and development services are non-refundable once work has begun
- Late fees are non-refundable
If your account is suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
For account data retrieval after closure, a $35.00 backup retrieval fee applies. This must be paid before retrieval is performed.
