How to add a subdomain or addon domain

Adding Subdomains and Addon Domains

Subdomain (e.g., blog.yourdomain.com):

1. Log in to cPanel
2. Go to Domains > Subdomains
3. Enter the subdomain name
4. Select the parent domain
5. Choose the document root (default is fine)
6. Click Create

Addon Domain (host a separate domain on your account):

1. Log in to cPanel
2. Go to Domains > Addon Domains
3. Enter the new domain name
4. Set the document root (default creates a folder matching the domain)
5. Click Add Domain

Note: Addon domains require your hosting plan to support multiple domains. The Pro plan includes unlimited addon domains.
